How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard shipping time for orders is between 3-4 Weeks. However, delivery times can vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping times might be extended. You can always track your order by logging into your account and clicking on the "Order History" section.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. We do not accept returns or exchanges since all our pieces are made to order. In case of a quality defect please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, by email to help@irrau.com with your exchange request. Please include your order number/order confirmation email, details of the piece you would like to exchange, photographs of the defect. Please ensure that the garment, if returned is unused, in its original packaging and has all the original tags. Once we receive the email, we shall process a return of the garment- after receiving the garment we shall check the condition it is received in. Please ensure that the garment is unworn and should not have any body odour or perfume scents. Our team will review the garment, and the final rights to decide remain with Irrau. Once the damage is confirmed, the new piece will be processed and delivered to you in 14 business days.
